Mr. Govender is an entrepreneur and founding member of PPSS. The company was formed to focus on HIV related programs. He holds a degree in cost and management, an international diploma in management and an MBA. He has developed an iodized patient care kit, comprising of pre-soaked cleansing balls in iodine and packaged for surgical convenience, resulting in substantial cost savings – this is a developed pipe line project for MMC.

Dr. Dhesan Moodley - Designation/Portfolio

Dr. Moodley is an entrepreneur and medical doctor. His qualifications include chartered financial analyst (level 1), executive development program in economics from Oxford University, Masters in Medicine Sport Science and a MBA. He is currently studying towards his Masters in Functional, Antiaging, and Regenerative Medicine. He is the non-executive chairman and clinical advisor to PPSS.

Mr. Small is a practicing attorney. He has been in practice for more than 10 years, having been admitted as an attorney in the High Court of South Africa in April 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an LLB degree and is experienced in many aspects of legal compliance as well as having substantial experience and corporate transactions.
